Oberon's Restaurant and Bar hosts the most eclectic whiskey selection in Ashland, Oregon with over 100 bottles of whiskey on our shelves. Every month Oberon's will be hosting monthly whiskey tastings.  Each tasting will be conducted in our back room, and will generally last between one and two hours depending on attendance. Guests will be provided with tasting notes, information about each style of whiskey, and  food pairings (such as cheeses, jams, crackers, fruit or chocolate depending on the type of whiskey).

Each event will offer our guests the opportunity to taste rare or lesser-known whiskeys, discover different food pairings, and experience a unique venue to meet other whiskey enthusiasts.

Our goal is to provide a space for all types of whiskey enthusiasts, from the beginner to the connoisseur, to enjoy delightful drams and to hopefully learn interesting facts throughout. We are not certified whiskey experts, but whiskey enthusiasts like yourself who are eager to share our wide collection of spirits and knowledge on the subject.

Moving forward, expect to hear about our different tastings that will center around specific distilleries, regions, and mash bills.
